The Italian property lawyer looked absolutely stunning in a floor-length gown as she attended a jewellery launch party in London tonight.
And the dress left little to the imagination with a plunging neckline which showed off a very impressive decolletage.
Nancy, 49, who used to date former England manager Sven Goran Eriksson, was a guest at jewellery designer Stephen Webster's 7 Deadly Sins and No Regrets party to launch his new collection.
And she definitely led the glamour race in her stunning gown as she posed for pictures on arrival at the Old Vic Tunnels near Waterloo.

The party was to celebrate Webster's two new jewellery collections - 'The 7 Deadly Sins' and 'No Regrets'.
He was joined at the party by his wife, Anastasia, 51, and his brother and the siblings looked every inch the Teddy Boys with their quiffs.
Other guests attending the bash included former All Saints singer Melanie Blatt who arrived with actress friend Jamie Winston.

And Heather Kerzner, wife of South African gambling and hotel magnate Sol attended as well as supermodel Sasha Volkova.
As well as the launch of the two jewellery collections, Webster, who designed Madonna's rings when she married Guy Ritchie, would also have no doubt been celebrating the opening of his first US store in Beverly Hills this week.
